Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at manoa.aisystems@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Damaged or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll resolve it promptly — no return required in most cases.

How returns work: Contact us before sending anything back. We'll assess your situation and provide instructions. Items sent back without prior contact cannot be accepted.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on items that have been heavily used or are not in reasonable condition.
